Terms of Service

Effective August 15, 2026.

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of the AxoGeo website at axogeo.com, the AxoGeo editor at app.axogeo.com, and any related services (together, the “Service”), operated by Luke Anger, trading as AxoGeo (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

AxoGeo is a browser-based node editor for creating procedural 3D geometry, and for exporting that geometry and its associated runtime logic to formats including glTF, Godot, Roblox and React. The Service is under active development. Features may change, and nodes or export targets may be added, altered or removed.

3. Accounts

Parts of the Service may be used without an account. Where an account is required, you agree to provide accurate information, to keep your credentials secure, and to accept responsibility for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account, and old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to purchase a paid plan.

4. Your content and what you own

You own the node graphs, geometry and exported assets you create with AxoGeo. We claim no ownership of them and no license to sell or relicense them. You are free to use your creations commercially, including in games and products you sell, on any plan including the free tiers.

You grant us only the limited, technical license needed to operate the Service: to store, process and transmit your content so that it can be saved, evaluated and exported. Publishing — whether by saving on a free account (section 5) or by creating a share link (section 6) — grants more than that, and those sections say exactly what.

You are responsible for your content. You represent that you have the rights to anything you upload or import, and that it does not infringe the rights of others.

5. Public graphs on the free plan

Graphs you save on a free account are public. They appear in the community library, and anyone can open them in the editor. Free accounts can keep up to 30 saved graphs; deleting one frees a slot, and paid plans remove the limit.

You keep the copyright. By saving a graph on a free account you grant everyone a worldwide, royalty-free licence to view and remix it — to open it, learn from it, and build their own work from it. You also grant us the licence needed to host, display and distribute it as part of the library.

This licence covers the graph — the node network you published. It does not stop you using your own work however you like, including commercially, on any plan.

A published licence cannot be fully recalled: someone who has already remixed your graph keeps their copy. We will remove a graph from the library on request, but we cannot un-publish copies other people already made. If you need a graph to stay private, use a paid plan, which exists for exactly that.

6. Share links

Creating a share link publishes that graph to anyone holding the link, on any plan. Share links are content-addressed and immutable: a given link always resolves to the same content, and re-sharing produces a new link. Treat a share link as permanently public once issued.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service to infringe intellectual property, or to create or distribute unlawful content;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other users’ accounts, or our infrastructure;
• interfere with the Service, including by automated abuse of share, export or generation features;
• resell or redistribute access to the Service itself (as distinct from the assets you create with it).

8. Content standards for anything you publish

These standards apply to everything you make visible to other people — public graphs, share links, graph and node names, and any text your graph displays. AxoGeo is used by people of many ages, including under-18s, and these standards reflect that.

Do not publish content that:

• is sexual or pornographic, or sexualises minors in any way;
• depicts or glorifies gratuitous violence, gore, or cruelty;
• promotes hatred against, or harassment of, people or groups — including hate symbols and slurs;
• harasses, threatens, defames or impersonates any person;
• is illegal, promotes illegal activity, or infringes anyone else’s rights;
• is spam, a scam, malware, or exists mainly to advertise something else.

This list gives examples and is not exhaustive. Content that is obviously against the spirit of these standards is against them.

Reporting something

If you see published content that breaks these standards, report it using the report control where it appears, or email abuse@axogeo.com. Tell us what you saw and where. We review reports and act on them, and we would much rather hear about a problem than not.

Removal

We may remove, hide or restrict access to any content, at any time, with or without notice, and with or without giving a reason. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that break these standards, and we may do so on a first offence where the content is serious.

Being featured in the community library is at our discretion. Nothing here obliges us to publish, feature, or continue featuring anything, and removing content from the library is not a penalty that requires a process.

Removal does not delete your own copy of a graph, and we will make reasonable efforts to tell you when we remove something you published — but a serious violation may be removed first and explained afterwards.

9. Paid plans and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled. Prices are shown on our pricing page and may change with notice; a change will not affect the period you have already paid for.

Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as the merchant of record and reseller for purchases through the Service. Your purchase is therefore also subject to Paddle’s terms, and Paddle is responsible for collecting and remitting applicable sales tax and VAT.

You may cancel at any time, from your account, in one step. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Free trial

Paid features may be offered as a 7-day free trial. No payment method is required to start one, and a trial never converts into a paid subscription on its own — when it ends, your account simply returns to the free plan. If you want to continue, you choose to subscribe.

When a trial ends, nothing you made is deleted and nothing private becomes public. Graphs you marked private stay private, and graphs beyond the free plan’s limit become read-only — still viewable and exportable — until you remove some or subscribe. One trial per account.

Pausing an inactive subscription

We do not want to bill you for something you have stopped using. If your account is inactive for about 30 days we will email you. If it stays inactive, we will pause your subscription so that you are not charged while you are away.

A pause takes effect at your next renewal date, so you never lose time you have already paid for. While paused, your account behaves like the free plan and your work stays where it is. Coming back does not restart billing automatically — you decide whether to resume.

When you do come back, your first month is on us. By the time a pause takes effect you will usually have paid for a stretch you did not use, and this gives that time back rather than keeping it. It applies once in any twelve-month period.

10. AI features and your own API keys

AxoGeo may offer optional AI-assisted graph generation that requires you to supply your own API key for a third-party model provider. Where it does:

• your key is stored in your browser and sent directly from your browser to that provider;
• we do not receive, store or transmit your API key or your prompts, and we cannot see what you generate;
• your use of that provider is governed by your agreement with them, including their acceptable-use terms, and you are responsible for all charges they bill to your key;
• you are responsible for keeping your key secure, and we are not liable for charges arising from a key you expose.

AI-generated output may be inaccurate or unusable. Review it before relying on it.

11. Third-party services and export targets

The Service exports to third-party platforms and engines that we do not control. We do not warrant that an export will be compatible with any particular version of any engine, platform or toolchain, or that a platform will continue to accept it. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms.

12. Availability and disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

Data. Depending on your plan, your work may be stored locally in your browser. Browser storage can be cleared by you, by your browser, or by your operating system, and work stored only in a browser can be lost. You are responsible for exporting and keeping your own backups of anything you cannot afford to lose. We are not liable for lost graphs, projects or exported assets.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luke Anger, trading as AxoGeo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid us in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) fifty United States dollars (US $50).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. In that case our liability is limited to the smallest extent permitted by law.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Luke Anger, trading as AxoGeo from claims, damages and reasonable costs arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

15. Inactive free accounts

Storing data costs something even when nobody is using it, so we may delete graphs held on free accounts that have been inactive for 12 months or more. We will email you before we do, at the address on the account, and give you a reasonable chance to come back or export your work.

This applies to free accounts only. Nothing here lets us delete the work of a paying subscriber, or of someone whose subscription we paused for inactivity under section 9.

16. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access that breaches these Terms, or where required by law. If we terminate your paid account without cause, we will refund the unused portion of your current billing period.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service develops. Material changes will be announced on this page with a revised effective date, and where reasonably practicable to account holders by email. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.

18. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
