Heads, torsos, limbs, tails, horns, pipes, cables. Give it a section and a path and it builds the surface between them.
The Radius input varies the thickness along the path, following the curve rather than a world axis, so a limb that reaches sideways still tapers correctly. Section Divisions adds points across the section without changing its outline, which is what a later displacement needs to have something to move.
The ends come out open. Follow it with Cap Holes to close them.
