Closes a swept tube into a solid limb, or repairs holes left after deleting geometry.
Fan fills each hole with triangles meeting at one centre point, which is fine for a flat cap and creases along every spoke on a curved one. Grid fills with concentric rings instead, spreading points evenly, which is what a dome or anything that will be displaced needs.
